As I reflect on the wonderful BBQ held this past Sunday, it is with full hearts and profound gratitude that I extend our thanks to the dedicated volunteers of our parish, particularly the Knights of Columbus (KofC) and the Catholic Women's League (CWL) ladies, along with our enthusiastic parish volunteers and teenagers. Their combined efforts not only filled our plates with delicious food but also our spirits with a sense of community and belonging.
In a world that often feels fragmented, the warmth of our parish family stands as a testament to the power of collective effort and shared values.
As we move forward into our upcoming pastoral activities, let us carry the enthusiasm and camaraderie we felt during the BBQ into all that we do. It is this spirit of collaboration that strengthens our bonds and enriches our parish family. Each event, every gathering, and all our outreach efforts are enhanced when we work together with joy and purpose.
Let us also remember to keep our hearts open to the blessings that come from serving one another. The love we share, the laughter we create, and the support we offer are reflections of God’s grace in our lives. It is through our actions—big and small—that we can be vessels of His love in our community.
As we embark on this new chapter of pastoral activities, let us pray for our families and our parish. May God bless each of you—our volunteers, our youth, and every member of our community. Together, let us strive to be a light in the world, embodying the love of Christ in all that we do.
In gratitude and faith, we move forward, ready to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead. Thank you for your dedication, your service, and your unwavering commitment to our parish. May we continue to grow together in faith and fellowship, inspired by the simple yet profound act of coming together as a community.
With gratitude and blessings,
Fr. Andrew
