If you would like your child to participate in the Sacramental Preparation Program at St. Francis Xavier Parish, Mississauga, kindly complete this pre-registration form. As you will see, the program involves learning, sharing, fellowship, spiritual growth and fun! Your child will be given the opportunity to learn more about our Catholic faith and what it means to be a child of God.
