Dear Parishioners,

As we draw near to the joyous celebration of our patron saint, Francis Xavier, on December 3rd, I am filled with gratitude and excitement. I am pleased to share that our regional bishop, Ivan Camilleri, has graciously accepted my invitation to preside over our 7pm Mass that evening. This celebration will not only honor St. Francis Xavier but will also mark a beautiful spiritual closure to our church's Silver Jubilee of dedication. What a remarkable year it has been!

Over the past five months, it has been a true blessing to walk alongside each of you as your new pastor. I have been inspired by your faithfulness, love, and unwavering prayers. Your trust in the Lord is a testament to the vibrant community we have built together.

As we prepare our hearts for this feast day, let us take a moment to reflect on the virtues and blessings that St. Francis embodies. In his spirit, let us renew our commitment to our faith through the Novena prayer, which will begin on November 24th. This is an opportunity for us to deepen our connection with God and seek the intercession of St. Francis in our lives.

I encourage each of you to engage in this time of prayer and reflection, allowing the virtues of our patron saint to inspire us in our daily lives. Together, let us celebrate the gifts that God has bestowed upon us and look forward to a future filled with hope and grace.

In Christ's love,

Fr. Andrew
