Praise be Jesus Christ!
Now and forever.
At this most beautiful and holy time, as we gather around the nativity scene, we are invited on a spiritual journey, one that beckons us to reflect on the mystery of the Incarnation.
The Christmas crèche, or nativity scene, is a beautifully profound symbol in Catholic tradition, embodying the essence of the Incarnation and serving as a means of evangelization. Its roots trace back to the humble birth of Jesus in Bethlehem, as vividly depicted in the Gospels, particularly in St. Luke's account, which tells how Mary laid her newborn son in a manger, for there was no room at the inn. This striking imagery encapsulates the depth of God's love and humility, illustrating His decision to enter our world as a vulnerable child.
Dear parishioners,
As we approach this joyful season, we feel so blessed to have your support and friendship. Wishing you a Merry Christmas filled with love, joy, and peace. May the spirit of the season bring you countless blessings!
With warmest wishes,
Fr. Andrew
